The Bushfire Flame Grill is a unique and exciting dining experience in Cairns. The Brazilian inspired Australian style BBQ brings the theatre of the kitchen to the guest’s table.
Metre long skewers of succulent meats include pork, lamb and the traditional beef picanha seasoned with sea salt and sarawak pepper. Other dishes include seafood moqueca, a tasty mix of fresh seafood, lime, coconut, roasted capsicum, spring onion, coriander and red palm oil plus grilled Cuban-style mojo chicken.
Included with the Churrasco Experience is the grilled sugar & cinnamon encrusted Mareeba Gold pineapple, caramelised and carved from a skewer directly to your plate. Complete your culinary experience with Spanish churros served with warm, chilli-infused chocolate sauce!
The restaurant also offers an a la carte menu. Bushfire opens for dinner from 5.30pm until late. (Early Bird price available if order before 6.00pm) Breakfast is available daily from 6.30am until 9.30am.
