Evening 

Tonight is about an authentic tropical welcome to Cairns dining experience with sunset drinks on the lounge by the water as the sun descends. Delegates will enjoy local craft beers and gin tastings from local distillers while relaxing further into the Queensland lifestyle.

Day 2

World Heritage Rainforest

Glide above the rainforest canopy in a glass-floor gondola before stepping onto the boardwalk to soak up the wonders of the world’s oldest living rainforest with a guided ranger walk and view of the magnificent Barron Falls from a glass platform.

Relax riverside with a private lunch before boarding the heritage rail for a return journey to Cairns from the privacy of your own carriage complete with champagne.

Evening 

This evening delegates will experience dinner with a firey twist on a working sugar cane farm. Watch the sun set behind the majestic mountains of the Great Dividing Range before dancing the night away under the stars after feasting on the very best of tropical Australia’s food bowl.

Day 3

Exclusive Great Barrier Reef



Set off from the Cairns Marina and enjoy the spectacular postcard views of the city skyline as you leave the coast behind. Slicing across pristine, aquamarine waters from the comfort of your luxury private vessel, arrive at the reef ready to dive into the vibrant underwater world teeming with colourful fish and expansive coral gardens.

A marine biologist will deliver Reef education talks, including how visiting the reef contributes to its conservation. Learn about the Indigenous relationship to the reef on a private snorkel with a cultural guide so delegates can understand the ancient cultural relationship to the ocean and surrounds.

Events looking for a sand between the toes experience can sail to one of the emerald isles of the region – Green Island or Fitzroy Island where they can choose to snorkel off the beach, wander through the island forest or enjoy the golden sands.

Evening

Farewell Cairns transformed at an epic gala dinner in a heritage listed WW2 Oil Tank surrounded by the lush green Cairns Botanic Garden.

Departure



Morning

Wake up to a champagne sunrise on board a hot air balloon as you float over the patchwork fields of the stunning Tablelands region.

Float back down to earth and return to Cairns before boarding your flight transformed and enriched by the natural beauty, culture and tropical hospitality of the one of the most unique places on earth.
