Situated within the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, this poolside open kitchen and dining is the ideal location perfect for sharing.
Over lunch and dinner, the menu showcases locally sourced seafood, featuring dishes like Betel leaf with smoked Daintree Barramundi, pomelo, tamarind, chilli and smoked mud crab curry. Other dishes are prepared by harnessing the flames of an open grill – serving up fruits from both land and sea including local tiger prawns with green masala and lime.
