Day 1
Arrival
Morning/Afternoon

Evening
Kick off the conference program on the right foot with a Welcome Cocktail Function at the heritage-listed Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal. This blank canvas building is the perfect location to set the theme and provides the optimum position for breathtaking views of the Trinity Inlet. Your delegates will meet and mingle and enjoy fresh, tropical homegrown produce while soaking in the golden evening sun before it sets beyond the Great Dividing Range.
Day 2
Conference Day 1
Morning
Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at your accommodation or take advantage of the many offsite venues within the CBD to host something spectacular to start off your delegates’ day. It’s then only a short walk through the CBD to the Cairns Convention Centre for a smooth first day of conferencing in world-class facilities, assisted by expert coordination of the capable Convention Centre team.
Afternoon
Take a break and breath in the fresh tropical air as you’re treated to world-class catering sourced from local suppliers and prepared with fresh tropical ingredients and homegrown produce. There are many open-air and outdoor spaces for your delegates to roam during conference breaks.
Evening
Light up the Cairns Esplanade for your Gala Dinner with a sit-down function only a short walk away from your delegates’ accommodation at the Eastern Events Lawn. Bring the night in with the most picturesque backdrop of Trinity Inlet, rainforest mountain ranges and the Cairns City skyline. You’ll be in good hands with one of Cairns’ many expert caterers makes it a seamless experience that your delegates will remember forever.
Day 3
Conference Day 2
Morning
Play like the locals do and wake up your delegates to an invigorating fitness and stretching session at the Cairns Esplanade Lagoon. Followed this with a tropical breakfast smorgasbord of sweet and savoury delights underneath the shady trees that line the Esplanade before starting the final day of conferencing.
Afternoon
After wrapping up the conference to a room of satisfied delegates, you won’t have to worry about a thing as the super team at Cairns Convention Centre seamlessly takes over the pack-up. With all five-star hotels within walking distance of the Convention Centre with the choice of many small shops, cafe’s, restaurants and bars along the way, there’s plenty to see or do with a couple of hours of free time before the farewell dinner.
Evening
Leave a lasting impression with your delegates as they are whisked away to a farewell dinner in the heart of the rainforest. Travel through a rainforest canopy before arriving at Rainforestation Nature Park in Kuranda where your delegates are greeted on arrival with a cuddly koala photo or can even get to hold a slippery snake. Keep the excitement going with a cultural performance from Aboriginal dancers or a spot-light tour into the swamp in an authentic WWII Army Duck. From sit down to food trucks, and plenty of wet bars dotted around the park, no delegate goes hungry or thirsty on their final night in the tropics.
Day 4
Departure
Morning
Awake in paradise not wanting to leave. Your delegates will still have time to sneak in a relaxing massage at one of the acclaimed hotel spas, a touch of shopping at luxury boutiques or a last look at the Great Barrier Reef on a scenic helicopter flight before departing.
