The lodge has two private meeting spaces, the 12-pax private boardroom, Kubirri Lounge, and the open-air private meeting area Marrdja Pavilion, which is surrounded by rainforest and replete with polished floorboards. This space is used for larger meetings, private dining and yoga in the mornings. Marrdja Pavilion is suitable for meetings of 24 and dinners of 60 pax (Dining) or 82 pax (Cocktail).
