Port Douglas Events & Hire provides event management, production, styling and logistical support for business events across Tropical North Queensland. With more than 30 years of experience, the team works with planners to create events in hotels and a range of offsite locations throughout Cairns and Port Douglas.
Services include full event management and production, custom set and booth design, furniture and styling hire, entertainment, AV and logistical support. The team can assist with everything from venue selection and event design through to the practical delivery of the event.
The team can also manage events at a portfolio of distinctive offsite locations, including Rainforest Grotto, Rex Smeal Park, Sugar Wharf, Eastern Events Lawn, Ellis Beach Yacht Club, Skypark by AJ Hackett and Yorkey’s Knob Cane Field. Some locations are exclusive to Port Douglas Events & Hire, providing planners with access to event settings that may not be available through conventional venue hire.
